    It was very easy to order online and set up delivery. A picture of the finished product sent to the buyer would be awesome.

    There should have been a delivery confirmation email sent to you with a picture of the finished product, as I try to make sure to take pictures of every online order to send back to the customer.     I ordered a fall basket of various non-traditional flowers etc. For a 40th birthday.I was very specific about what I wanted. I picked it up today and it is simply gorgeous! Just perfect in every way. The guy who made the arrangement listened perfectly to my requests. He put a #40 in the basket, a Happy Birthday ribbon, a scarecrow, little artificial pumpkins, berries, etc. I wish I could post a picture of it. It's just perfect! Thank you!

    The gentleman in Rainbow was very friendly, patient and went out of his way to work with 3 grieving sisters. All talking at once with differing opinions and was able to satisfy all of us on the worst day of our lives and help us stay on task and on budget. That is amazing customer service! The flowers looked super fresh, great and smelled wonderful. He really duplicated the picture from the website and was willing to mix and match as we requested. Would definitely use him for other occasions and recommend him to friends and family!
