    I live in NC and my best friend in Alpharetta had lost her dad. I wanted to send her something to say I was thinking about her. Ordering was easy they arrived on time. The only issue is the email said there was a picture and I never saw one of the delivered flowers. I’m guessing they were good. She said they were beautiful.

    I ordered a live plant/ blooming plant arrangement to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. They brought a beautiful basket with 5 kinds of plants, some blooming , butterflies--just lovely. My sister, who is a shut in, answered her door, and the man I spoke to on the phone was the delivery person. He wished her Happy Birthday , and he talked about how to care for her plant. They had a friendly chat. Probably the only person she will see on her birthday--this is above and beyond, this is wonderful, human service.     Great customer service just like the other time I used Florist at Windward! The bouquet was very beautiful and my girlfriend really loved it. The disappointing thing was the flowers started to die after only 3 days. They started to droop. The roses were mini-roses. They were not the full roses that were in the picture or that you typically see in most bouquets. Like I said, customer service was top-notch and they delivered the same day even though I ordered mid-afternoon that day. The text updates are a very nice touch as well. For whatever reason, the flowers just did not last long.

    when I walk into the flower shop I was greeted with kind loving and peaceful helped buy marina and anna. I need a flower arrangement for my grandmother she was getting out of the hospital it was really nice that anna & marina were really patient and kind and waiting for me to tell them what I wanted.
