    Hello Annette! You should have received a confirmation email once someone logged into our online service. We sometimes do not get to it immediately due to being very busy and not having time to be on the computer. Perhaps Check your junk mail file? It may be under flowershop network. Unfortunately I was not in during this week and I am assured the arrangement sent out was BEAUTIFUL and the recipients were absolutely thrilled. I don't feel this warranted a 3 star review, but in the future if you want an IMMEDIATE response please add in the comments that you would like to be notified so we can.

    We had a problem, but I am still rating 5 stars and here is why. We ordered via the website and due to a glitch, my FIL didn't get his Father's Day bouquet. However, I called them the next day, and they were so kind and gracious - they did everything they could to make it right. My FIL is in the hospital and everyone commented on how lovely his arrangement was. I am not penalizing them for the glitch, and in fact will be a repeat customer in the future, based on how they handled the situation. Highly recommend.

    Hello! Thank you for your comments. As frustration as it can be, there is a disclaimer that substitutions will be made if we do not have the exact product on hand. Unfortunately we cannot bring every flower in to have on hand for all of the displayed arrangements as it is not cost efficient and to update all the shown arrangements daily would be times taking.
