    My feedback would be to give the flowers directly to the person, or communicate to someone specifically who they need to be handed off to. I flagged the guy down, letting him know they were for me, yet he still left them inside unattended instead of handing them to me. This concerned me as well, as they were right inside a business entry and were not given/entrusted to an employee but simply left there for anyone to grab.

    I called Judy's 4 different times before ordering. With living state side it was hard for me to surprise our daughter for her 30th birthday. The gentleman that does the deliveries actually was the one that answered the phone all 4 times and remembered. He went above and beyond w/pretending to be the UPS man so our daughter wouldn't figure anything out. I will definitely be back to order again!
