    I do Apologize however orders placed the Day of Valentines is not guaranteed. My website provider had glitches in system and did not disclose The actual Disclaimer that clearly states it.. on my website. When we got your order that morning we rejected it, as we noticed it was going to CC Winn high school. They have a strict policy for deliveries.

    If you ordered from my website, all the products have pictures and price ranges on them. Unless you choose a designers choice Arrangement those are made custom. You can request a picture in the Additional information section when placing orders.

    Great Customer Service-Let me tell you why I called every flower shop around where my mom lives nobody would help me these ladies are about an hour away from my mom and they helped me. I had placed an order within the time limit for the order to be delivered that day I paid, then I got an email that said my order cannot be fulfilled so I called them and they honor their website. I will definitely be using again. I cannot thank you ladies enough for helping me out thank you.

    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I know we all need to support local business but when your local business doesn't do anything to earn it much less keep it - that's on them. Their website site promotes one thing then when they don't come through with your order they say there is a "DISCLAIMER" that's pretty unprofessional excuse for not providing a product especially when your dead most the year then on the one day you have a good day - you cant produce - doesn't say much for time management or staffing. Even that's ok but if you don't come through because you didn't prepare properly, dont blame client
