    5 Stars, although I might have a flawed view, since I've always ordered from 1-800 flowers and 2 similar ones. This was the first time that the flowers that were delivered almost didn't compare to the online depiction. I'm used to the arrangement being between 60-90% of the picture and this order was like 130%. I've already placed 2 more orders for the future, I'll update Google maps (business section obv.) once those arrive.

    The staff at Charleston Florist were friendly and helpful. When I had a problem with some of the flowers, they immediately took care of the problem. When they did not have the roses I needed to photograph, they referred me to another florist to help me out. Now that is class! They have a happy and loyal customer.

    You cannot go wrong when ordering flowers from Charleston Florist! They are accommodating and will absolutely make sure you are satisfied. I love their “Designer choice” option as it is always such a whimsical arrangement. This year both I and my sister in law ordered the same thing for Mother’s Day and i got a call from the shop asking if I would like a different arrangement, so that my MIL would not get two of the same. I thought that was so lovely and thoughtful of them. MIL got a fantastic bouquet and a basket of various plants that she could transplant into her garden.

    The flowers that I sent to my mother for Mother's Day were beautiful! She was thrilled. Online ordering was easy and they gladly made a substitution at my request. Delivery was as requested and my mom was pleased that the delivery person rang the the door bell and handed them to her so they weren't sitting outside for hours in the hot sun. The arrangement had a lot of blooms so the arrangement lasted longer. I would like to have known that white lilies were being substituted for pink ones as shown in the picture, but everything was perfect nonetheless! Job well done!

    Order a birthday set up for my fiance because it said same day delivery because i wanted it to show up at her job i was really excited despite the 125 bucks i spent on flowers one balloon and a bear with a 20 dollar delivery fee..needless to say they werent delivered and when i call the number provided i get hung up on i will never in my life use this website there prices are too high and there customer service is horrible they have truely ruined my exp of seein how happy my love was gona be on her bday...thanks for nothing

    Hello, My sincerest apologies for your disappointment! Unfortunately, peonies are just coming in to season and we could not find any that looked good. We substituted them with some gorgeous, fuchsia garden roses. Our shop gives the designers liberty to substitute unavailable flowers to the best of their ability. However, we should have called to inform you of the lack of a good peony in the store. We would love to make it up to you if you wish once the peonies start to look healthier. Again, I am sorry for your disappoint with the bouquet.

    Two sons sent Mother's Day flowers, and Charleston Florist created two very different, very beautiful designs that were delivered dewy fresh. The floral materials are pretty, diverse and abundant...not one more stem could fit in either vase..     I ordered on a Friday, and was given a Saturday option delivery on-line. However, I received a call Saturday and learned that Saturday was not enough time to send the arrangement I ordered, that it would be sent Monday. The woman who called offered to send an arrangement in lieu of the "junk basket" I'd requested, sent them on Saturday to a very happy recipient, and the junk basket was also sent on Sunday. I couldn't be happier with the service. I would recommend this outfit to anyone.

    I was so glad to find a florist online that was near my daughter's apartment, that delivered, that had beautiful selections at reasonable prices!
