    Always nervous about ordering flowers from miles away, however Posey Patch did a beautiful job and exceeded my expectations! I ordered a Mothers Day bouquet and chose for the florist to create the bouquet. I picked the deluxe (highest dollar amount) as I wanted a big and beautiful bouquet for my 84 year old mother who LOVES flowers. The bouquet was definitely worth the money spent and my mother was thrilled! I would use Posey Patch again and recommend them to anyone needing beautiful flowers!     Hello Marsha, Thank you so much for your comment and inquiry. We actually had to raise it on our website because it's based on the zip code 72455. Unfortunately the zip code includes parts of Dalton and Ravenden springs, some places that were almost 20 miles away from us. Would it be possible for you to call our shop when you find what you want on our website? We are working with our website designers to try to correct this and to customize the delivery fee on exact addresses better. We definitely appreciate your business! Amanda W.

    My children sent me flowers for Mothers Day. Since we live way out of town they called ahead of time to see if I would be home. Since I was not home they asked if they could leave them on the porch which was great. They are beautiful and very fresh 5 days later and still as fresh as when they were delivered.

    My son sent me the yellow lilies from the picture posted on this site. He placed it online, so he didn't get to see the final result. The lilies were ten times prettier than the picture that he ordered from. He works for FSN and was well pleased with the picture I sent him.     When I got to the funeral home, they had a mix up with the arrangements. My card was on a different arrangement and the ribbon I requested was missing too. Not happy at all. But I will say they came and corrected the problem while I was there.

    This is the second time I used this florist... the first time i received an email confirmation that the arrangement had made it to the funeral home... this time nothing... I’m 10 hours away and had to wait to hear from a relative the next day that my plant had made it to the funeral service Other than that... easy process and price was lower than some!     I had someone special in an area around Pocahontas and I wanted to get her something she would really enjoy. A Lily arrangement would be perfect! I was ordering from St. Louis, and the folks at posey patch really had my back. The flowers looked spectacular in their arrangement, and they really took care of my wants.     5 Stars for the amazing Customer Service! I ordered the Happiness Grows arrangement online. The shop was out of Irises and called me to let me know and give me options. I believe I spoke with Susan. I wanted the Irises because that is why I chose that arrangement. They called the supplier and found that Irises would be available the next day, so we decided to send the flowers the next day.
