    The only thing I would change is an option to not have to talk to the receiver. In my situation, she just lost her Dad days before this so that’s what I put it in the instructions to call me. When I answered, you asked for Lydia (the receiver). In other situations, I know this wouldn’t be a big deal. But I just didn’t want them having to answer the door. So that’s why I told the lady on the phone that I gave her permission to leave it at the door. I hope that is what she did. My friend was very touched to receive them. Thank you.

    I was disappointed with the bouquet recently sent to my mother. I had specified no daises as daisies bring my mother sadness and not joy. Unfortunately two large Gerber Daises arrived in my mother's boquet. When I called to express my disappointement, I was told that Gerber Daises are not actually daises. However to the untrained eye, they have many of the same characteristics of daises as well as having daisy in the name. Although the apology was appreciated no effort was made to correct the situation.

    The flowers I ordered were not delivered on Mother’s Day and I had to call twice to clear up the issue. When the bouquet was delivered it had 5 lilies in it instead of 1. I picked this bouquet because it had only one lily and the smell of lilies are strong and I didn’t want too many.

    Thank you for your comments. Our website is clear that we do not deliver on Sundays . The Asiatic lilies are not a fragrant lily like the stargazer and each vase is not done to a specific stem recipe thus if the price allows for us to add more we would do so as would have been in this case.     Lovely bouquet of fresh flowers arranged beautifully with great instructions (which I followed) were delivered to my home as a gift from family in another province. Flowers lasted almost 2 weeks.     No contact to confirm what type of balloon I wanted added to the order, or to ask when during the day would be best for delivery (called recipient instead). Card with message was printed off a computer rather than being hand written. Flowers were nice but overall experience was disappointing.

    Thank you for your comments. Your order asked for a birthday balloon. Our delivery policy is stated that all recipients are called and we arrange delivery time with the recipient, this is what we have done for 28 years. We have been an automated card and delivery system for 13 years. there are 2 reasons for this the handwriting is not always great from staff to staff. It is bold and very legible and we don't end with spelling errors. Sorry we did not exceed your expectations on the mechanics but the flowers she loved.

    Beautiful arrangement. However, it was delivered on the wrong date. My son was disappointed to learn that I received it on Monday September 17, when he had arranged to have it delivered on my birthday Friday, Sept 21. He involved staff in my office to assist with the surprise. The date mixup resulted in a bit of confusion.

    I figured since you had a shop in the Bedford area (which is why I chose you in the first place), you delivery fee which was 17 dollars would be much less.

    Thank you for your input. Our deliveries are posted and Hammond's Plains is outside our regular delivery area as couriers have rates we charge what the courier charges us and sometimes less. Sadly delivery is not a free service, and we are honest about the fee. Many others will just take it out of the value of the flowers , we do not we post our full price.

    Flowers were delivered exactly when they said they would be. They are BEAUTIFUL, as always! The only thing I can suggest, is that it be clear to the person purchasing the flowers that you will contact the recipient of the flowers the day before to confirm delivery. This was the second time a surprise has been slightly spoiled by the day-before phone call. Could delivery be arranged with the purchaser instead, perhaps? I never mind getting beautiful flowers, even if it's not the surprise it was intended to be!

    Thank you for your kind words. We state on our website why we ask for phone number and as you probably notice we do not say whom the gift is from. We would love to just show up , but people are in and out all the time and couriers and drivers are on a schedule and paid for each stop so if they cant deliver they still get paid. Thus we must arrange delivery times and confirm proper addresses.
