    I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement and paid for deluxe upgrade. I was disappointed when I saw the picture of what was delivered. I’m from out of town and took a chance on this place. Glad I didn’t pay for premium.

I told you I would review it and get back to you however you have now gone on social media to blast us without all the information. Some people find it empowering to blast a business of 26 years and try to make us look bad when in fact the information they are receiving is not even correct. We build and deliver thousands of arrangements each year and have by far the best reputation around. Your comments you are posting are unwarranted.

    This place is awesome! I had tried a couple of place's n some online sites to try n get an order to my BF in Anna Texas...no one could do it. The Gentleman on the phone was amazing, accommodating and very helpful. I was placing the order from Pa. The Gentleman informed me that same day delivery might not be possible since they close in 45 min....THEY GOT IT DONE! They delivered and did an amazing job. I can't recomend them enough. Thank you!     It was a very cold, windy day and the delivery person was so thoughtful, instead of leaving the flowers in the open to get knocked over and cold, he coordinated with the recipients to make sure someone could be there for an in person delivery!     I ordered a floral arrangement on-line for a friend. Her father had passed away. A few minutes after I placed the order I received a phone call from the sweetest lady I have ever spoken to. She gently informed me that my friend had received this arrangement more than once and offered to create a different arrangement that would be just as special. Who does that these days? Well of course I accepted this gracious offer! I will forever use this florist when I send flowers to Anna Texas (I live in CA). Truly the best customer service I have ever had; the arrangement was gorgeous as well!
