    On September 11, 2023, my wife and I was in the Starke Florida area visiting family from Cincinnati and needed our granddaughter's gift neckless downsized. The staff personnel were so helpful and friendly they shorten the chain for no charge, however, my wife purchased two beautiful charm bracelets for our other two granddaughters.     The flowers were absolutely beautiful, the usage of different types of unusual flowers made the bouquet perfect. I did all the things that I was supposed to, but I was sad when the flowers did not last very long. But I would not hesitate to use this florist again, and the delivery lady was so nice.

    I'm afraid I was disappointed as I ordered flowers for Debbie Moore for administrative professional's day. The flowers were not delivered on the correct day. I was told someone tried to contact me, but I never received a phone call and I've checked my spam folder - I didn't miss an email. When I called, the delivery fee was credited back to me, but I think something else should be done since the whole point was to receive them on the special day.

    One bale of Ireland was broken the next day two bales of Ireland were wilting they had plenty of water and on the second day to other flowers I don’t know what they were they look like green broccoli but they were wilted very very disappointed in this arrangement the first arrangement I got from you a few months ago was absolutely beautiful but this one is the pits

    Not what I ordered. Completely different color and type of flowers. So much filler in and hanging down you could barely see what should have been a round bark covered vase. If could not meet the what I ordered, I should have been contacted and told of the differences, then allowed to at least help choose what replacement would be if they could not meet what I ordered. The 3 stars are for the recipient who received the flowers. She did like what she received, said the arrangement was really pretty.

    I loved the types of flowers in there. They still had their smell and it just smelled like a garden. I put them in a vase filled with water and they lasted for 1 month. When someone answered the phone, I was told that the computer has not been checked for orders and that they could do an arrangement but not the one that I ordered.     I love dealing with Julia's Florist and the quality of the flowers. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay a $4.99 service fee since Julia's florist website that I always use was down and when I called the flower shop they told me to go to other website. I did call the flower shop back and told them I was disappointed on the additional service fee. Very misleading but I had to get flowers to my mother who was not well.
