    I needed a lovely bunch of flowers last minute to go out the very next day but when I placed my order my card ( being international ) didn't work.... It was a Sunday delivery and the lovely gentleman I spoke to on the phone said it was no problem and that he would send the flowers out and let me call my bank on Monday to arrange the payment because it was and international purchase. He took me at my word that I would call Monday ( which I did ) but he didn't have to do that and yet was so understanding.... There are still good people out there! Also my mother in law loved the bouquet!

I asked if you had them in stock and you were honest and said no you could not get them and would replace with snapdragons, roses, lily's.
