    My sister-in-law said goodbye to their sweet little dog today. She was devastated. I ordered flowers but missed the cut for same day delivery. I received a text saying that even though I had missed the cutoff they would deliver the flowers today. I thanked them and explained it would mean so much to us.     Customer service is alive and well at the Pineapple House. My 104 year old mother recently moved from her home into a retirement home in Sarasota.     I had an amazing experience in ordering flowers. Larry texted me photos of the bouquet pre-delivery, I got notified when they were to go out for delivery and then I got notified after delivery with details about my mil's reaction to receiving them. I saw the bouquet the day after - it was just as beautiful as the photos with some of the largest and most wonderfully fragrant tiger lilies I think I have ever seen.

    The orchid arrangement send by my daughter from Miami is absolutely exquisite. I have never seen orchid as a bouquet before. And 4 days later it is still lovely. Sheer artistry!

    I had an arrangement made for my grandmother who just had surgery for breast cancer. She is now a two time cancer survivor and the flowers from the Pineapple House were exactly what I was looking for. The arrangement was huge and full and gorgeous.     I came to the Westfield Sarasota Square Mall recently. I discovered the shops of Alta! I bought fresh flowers as a thank you gift for my neighbor. Another big plus was the fact that the shop stayed open until 9. A very pretty shop with lots of silks as well as fresh flowers! I would highly recommend this florist.
