    The bouquet was beautiful and lasted a long time. However, my husband had ordered them the end if January to be delivered on Feb 13th. Instead they were delivered on Jan 29th, the day of or day after he ordered them. It worked out great though, because the day they came was the 5yr anniversary of my mom's passing. So I just figured God knew I needed a beautiful surprise.

    I’m sorry you were unhappy that your arrangement did not have lilacs in there. lilacs have not been in season at the flower market since before Mother’s Day. It is impossible for me to add something I do not have availablity of getting. it is one of my favorite flowers and between a short season of them and the Covid changing what market has available has been different for us florists.I wish you would reconsider your star on your review because we do go above and beyond and if you read our reviews you can see that, but this was beyond my control.     I bought these for my moms birthday and they were absolutely beautiful! She loved them so much! Ba Da Bloom was very easy to work with.     I ordered flowers online for a sick friend, 5 minutes after I ordered my phone rang and they were asking for permission to modify it slightly as I had ordered later in the day and they didn't have all the flowers to make exactly like the picture on the website.
