The delivered flowers have ALWAYS exceeded what the picture shows and delivered in time and as promised. The flowers are fresh, still opening and last a couple of weeks.     We are sorry that you were unhappy. The item chosen is small & compact made with mini spray roses, stock, pink heather & greenery. The substitution in your arrangement was heather (almost obsolete) and was replaced with dark pink wax flower. You knew about this because we notified you of substitution when you placed your order. The order was noted no carnations & your card msg was changed. We take pictures of most arrangements & yours was comparable to the online picture. Sorry you we're displeased, had we known of this right away (delivery date: feb 28th), we could've made you something else.

    Flowers were delivered on time and were fresh. My problem with the order is that they were supposed to be yellow like advertised. They were more white. If I wanted white I would have ordered them. But I would use this company again

    Good day sir! Thank you for 4 wonderful stars! We always try to provide the freshest flowers possible. We received your order on Tuesday a.m. when we opened for the day, after realizing we were going to need additional product we contacted our wholesaler, they could not provide us with the additional yellow flowers for your order. We then contacted you about substitutions and told you what we didnt have enough in yellow we could do white. Since the freeze some colors of product are very limited and we do the best we can.
