Initially we were not satisfied with the Christmas arrangement that was delivered, and called in to complain. The owner was very courteous and offered to replace the bouquet with an 'extra' that was in the fridge for this event (they sent out over 200 over Christmas). When they were not delivered and she called the next day she was advised that the store did not receive orders until the next day. You should give people the right information.
