    Placing my December 2021 order couldn't have been easier. The flower arrangement was delivered on the requested day. Both the recipient (in Ottawa) and I (out of province) were delighted with the arrangement. It seemed larger than shown in the online catalogue, was very full, festive, and lasted very well. The base, hurricane and candle will last indefinitely. The ability to add chocolate to the order was appreciated, and there again, the amount included exceeded expectations. I would definitely order from Mille Fiore again.

The flowers stems are stuck into a sponge and the sponge is placed into a round transparent plastic container that is in a basket. I have a problem with the plastic container that the flowers are in, because I can not see it and it overflows when I think that I need to water the flowers.

    The service was excellent! I ordered the flowers on line for my sister in laws 30th and when the driver got there, there was no answer at the door or on the phone! The lovely lady from the shop called me and the driver waited whilst I tried to locate my brother. With no luck, the lady I spoke to said not to worry, if it turned out they were away for the weekend or anything, that she would redo the arrangement so it was beautiful when they were able to pick it up.     The web access and ordering was easy. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time and a big suprise. My only criticism was the accompanying note which was hand written, very smeared and ugly and unprofessional. I would suggest a typed note or done much more carefully by someone with beautiful handwriting.Also show a picture of the chocolates that are to be included.

    This is the 2nd time I have used your service. This time I sent an arrangement to my cousin's wife for a milestone birthday. Her daughter had her baby late & therefore, the original order I had placed was not going to work. I called Mille Fiore direct to try to arrange to change the delivery date the day before. They accommodated my request cheerfully & without question. Was very impressed with the service. Both my cousin & his wife were very impressed with the arrangement. They sent me a pic of the arrangement and it truly did look beautiful! I have a lot of family in the Ottawa area and will, without doubt, use your services again! Only disappointment was, the 1st time I ordered, it was a "one charge" only. Now, there is a $10.00 delivery fee. I think I would prefer having the cost of the arrangement increased with no additional "add ons".
