    Ordered the premium designer's choice a week in advance to allow the shop to use their best flowers and even have time to order more if needed for my mother's birthday. Got a few large pretty pink lilies, but the only other flowers were sunflowers. Very dissapointed. Overall, with tax, a surcharge, and delivery, cost me $95. Also requested that they text my mom before delivery and I don't think they did. I notice another Auburn shop is offering free delivery. I feel like I paid enough to have a nicer selection and variety of flowers.

We apologize for not capturing your vision. The lilies, sunflowers, and other flowers were all premium-level. If you place orders with us in the future, we encourage you to call us directly in order to discuss exactly what you'd like to have in the arrangement. Also, please be aware of online listings for shops that claim they are local. These are likely third-party order gatherers making false claims.

    Wanting to send flowers for my son/daughter-in-law’s anniversary in Auburn and not knowing florists in that area, I reviewed websites and reviews. Due to the staff bios, wide selection of occasions, reviews, length in business, etc. I chose Auburn F & G. Ordering online was very easy, the flowers were delivered in only 3 hours and they are beautiful. They even emailed me to say they were delivered, what time and a picture of the employee. Very pleased with the entire experience.

    I ordered a Sweet Salty Gift Basket if you look at the pictures online it is definitely not what you will receive...even with covid you can make something look presentable paid 65 which included tax for a 5x7 maybe cardboard carrier box with some small boxed candy and cookies...the items inside would have been okay but they were just stuck in a box with a bow on them...when I called she said they would update pictures last time I checked they had not...I am so tired of everyone getting by with doing a lazy job and using the covid excuse...even wrapped in CHEAP cellophane would have had added

    While we recognize your disappointment, we stand by our quality of creativity and presentation. When we spoke on the phone yesterday, you admitted to reading the disclaimers regarding supply chain and availability, yet you chose to order the product. The container may have been different, but the contents were as they are described. The picture was changed yesterday. Each snack basket is custom made based on what is on-hand, personal requests, and possible allergies. I assure you, we are not using covid as an excuse. We do our best to adapt without significant interruption to our business.

    If you go to the website and order flowers they say they can deliver on Sat. But then you get an automated email saying your order has been canceled because the we. Site they use can’t block orders? The shop owner the. Told me it was stated on the website that they don’t deliver on sat. But I could never find where it actually said that. If your trying to run a business you need to find a program that will do what you actually can provide for your customers. I would not order form this company ever again.

    Firstly the flowers were lovely, but did not look anything close to what I ordered. I specifically ordered an arrangement that was open and airy and what was sent was smaller and compact. It looked nothing like what was pictured. Disappointing.

Since you placed the order for a specific pre-designed arrangement called "Golden Goodbye", we designed it to have the same look and appearance as the one in the picture. We typically do not take liberties with the design elements when a customer orders a specifically named arrangement.     Awful, I bought the “Candies, How sweet it is” for my girlfriend for valentines, and it was literally a bucket with a granola bar and a bag of chips ahoy. No candy at all, literally made my girlfriend cry. Even though the photo had candy in it. Very upsetting, do not shop here

    We certainly apologize for the disappointment. We offered several different versions of "How Sweet It Is" to accommodate personal tastes. There were sweet, salty, spa, and tea varieties. Each tin was valued at $29.95 and had approximately 5 items plus a Valentines balloon valued at $5.00. If you were dissatisfied with the product received, we would have happily agreed to replace the tin or refund your money. We take pride in our work and value our customers.

    I had to order flowers for a funeral on very short notice. I ordered online at 9pm for a funeral that was scheduled for 10am the next morning, and the next day Leigh called me to let me know that due to the limited amount of notice they might have trouble getting this request done on time. I understood and the fault was mine for waiting until the last minute, but they pulled through and got the flowers to the funeral home in enough time. I can't thank you guys enough for making that happen! I appreciate all your hard work and willingness to help!

    Interesting experience. The original delivery was made to the incorrect address and the deliverer tried to get me to go knock on a total stranger's door to get my own flowers when it was not my mistake. However, after calling the shop again and explaining the situation, an incredibly nice woman made me a new bouquet and delivered it an hour later!! AMAZING service based off of the second lady!! The first delivery person wasn't the best.

    The flowers delivered were beautiful. The only thing was, that my boyfriend said he chose the balloon option but wasn't able to choose what kind of balloons he wanted so I ended up with birthday balloons instead of romantic type balloons when my birthday isn't until May. But other than the balloons everything else was perfect!

    Hi! Yes, delivery is charged individually for each arrangement purchased. When multiple arrangements are purchased for delivery to the same location we always refund the duplicate delivery charges. Your delivery refund for the two duplicate addresses was processed quickly.
