    The flowers were delivered a day before the funeral and were rather wilted by the time of the service. I was deeply displeased and won't be using you guys in the future which is disappointing because my parents are moving to the area.

    I am so sorry that you were not happy. Funeral home instructed us to deliver the day before since they were leaving early to go to cemetery in Calhoun the next morning. I wish we had been notified Nov. 3rd, the day of the service so we could have replaced the flowers. I know the flowers were fresh, because we ordered them the morning your order was placed, but sometimes we get a bad batch and don't know until the next day that they are bad. Not sure if that was the problem or improper handling. It's hard to determine at this point since the service was two weeks ago.

    My order was delivered the wrong day and my name was not even on the card. I won't be trusting Flowers N Things with my future orders.

    I am so sorry that your order was delivered before it was supposed to be. We do make mistakes every now and then. We print the order directly from our web site. The sender types what they want on the card and the card had a message but no name. We just thought you didn't want your name on the card (people send flowers with no name all the time). I wish I had been here to handle this. I would have offered to send another on the right day. If you would be willing to give us another chance, I will send out a free arrangement for you. Just call the shop and ask for Angie.
