    I never got a confirmation of delivery. I dont know if tbis is common practice since it was my first time ordering from Eden's.

    I did inform the sender that I called the hospital and they told me that I could deliver. Delivery driver was told no they cant receive the delivery upon arrival, but we called the nurses desk on the ward and they sent someone to receive it. I have relayed this message before and we also sent you an automatic confirmation from the website. It is a common practice for us to inform our clients that their delivery was successfully made. We appreciate you.

There are times I have asked them to customize an arrangement while staying in what they can work with and the results are ALWAYS spectacular. There has not been one instance where Eden Florist has simply delivered an 'arrangement'. The flowers are an extension of the giver and the receiver view what has been sent them with appreciation. I have called a few times to discuss the arrangement and always greeted with warmth and appreciation. The result is the perfect display of flowers.

    The gentalman that delivered the flowers went to the office I work in, I was at lunch so he brought them to me in the cafe. It was a nice surprise. They were beautiful. Still in bloom and it's Tuesday night I received them Friday. They are iris's which don't usually stay nice to long. Very happy!
