    Beautiful flowers and excellent delivery service. They care about the flowers they delivery. The delivery person called because he was concerned about leaving the flowers at the front in the sub so he called and said he placed them on our covered porch at the back of the house. This isn't the first time. I also enjoy being able to use a true hometown florist you deal with directly and not an outsourced service.

    This is my second time receiving flowers and both experiences have been awesome!!! The arrangements are gorgeous and last WEEKS!!! The guy that delivers is so nice and friendly (he even sang me happy birthday and made my coworkers join in lol). I also sent flowers with this service once and had a great experience ordering.     This review is late - sorry for that. My anniversary was May 25, Memorial Day. Combine that with Covid-19 lockdowns, and trying to find custom flowers on a holiday was next to impossible. Pennypacker not only did the arrangement, but came in on the holiday to meet me (socially distant) so that I could give my wife the arrangement on the actual day. Beautiful flowers, above and beyond service. You have earned a customer for life!

    I had ordered from Pennypacker last year for my mom for Easter and she loved the flowers. Life gets busy and I was so glad I received an email from Pennypacker reminding me about ordering flowers for Easter! The online ordering was so easy and I selected next day delivery, at no extra charge, and my mom got her Easter Lily the next afternoon, the Wednesday before Easter.     The flowers that were delivered were no different from the one shown yet I paid over $15 more for the bigger one. Also the vase was a lot cheaper looking than the one shown. Wish I bought the less expensive one to get the better product.

    I was very happily surprised by this beautiful flower arrangement! Very nice array of variety--the roses, in particular, were really pretty--pale pink edged in a darker coral color. I'm happy to know that I can depend on a new florist (for me, anyway) in Phoenixville, since all of the ones I've used in the past are no longer in business. Three days later, and the flowers still look fresh. Very nice.

    I would highly recommend using this florist. I ordered a planter for my brother in law that is in the hospital and they were delivered to him within 3 hours, WOW! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very very nice. I asked her if she could make the planter arrangement with some sort golf theme and she did. My sister called me yesterday afternoon and told me the planter was beautiful and decorated with golf tees. What a great idea! Even though my Brother in law was sick he noticed the golf tees right away (nice touch). I will definitely use this Florist again!

    Wonderful service and experience! Pennypacker did my daddy's funeral in 2008 and we couldn't have been more pleased. Angela went above and beyond today (11-19-2013) for me by sending me pictures of the flowers that were sent to the home of a grieving couple who lost their daughter.
