    This review is a little late and that I apologize for. But Milford Florist is an AMAZING Florist and I won't use anyone else. On July 1, 2021, they provided a Beautiful Bridal Bouquet, a Matron of Honor Bouquet, Boutineers and Corsages for my Husband, Michael and my Legal Ceremony in my home. Then on May 21, 2022, Milford Florist provided almost all the flowers for our Wedding and Reception that we held for all our family and friends. This was done this way due to COVID. Both Bridal Bouquets were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND STUNNING! THANK YOU MILFORD FLORIST FOR AMAZING FLOWERS!!

The lady who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful and assured me the flowers would be delivered to Harrington on their special day. My brother called to let me know how beautiful the arrangement was, so colorful and fresh and how much they both loved the flowers. He thought it was the most beautiful arrangement they had ever received.     I was extremely satisfied with customer service and delivery. I ordered from out of state as a gift to someone in the local area and online ordering was simple. However… the markup on basic flowers here is absolutely absurd. My total came to $97, $55 of that was for the floral bouquet itself and it looked as though at they were picked up at a local grocery store. All that was in the bouquet was carnations daisies and lillys. Always happy to pay extra on service fees and delivery in support of a local business, but on the price I paid for the arrangement I didn’t get what I had hoped for.

    Order included a box of chocolates; delivery did not include the chocolates. A call was placed to rectify. Person who answered business phone was impatient and defensive. Awful customer service. No apology. Explanation given was “well, we have hundreds of orders to deliver”. “Is she home now?” Last time I will use this company. It seems that they have more than enough business.

    We are sorry that you are still upset about the mistake. We actually did apologize and asked if she was home so we could take them right back out. After our apology unfortunately you where still unhappy and replied that"you expected it done right the first time"we expect that also but as we said on the phone accidents happen. This was our 1st Mothers Day and we did our best.The flowers where beautiful maybe we should take chocs off of our website since that was the mistake here. Her neighbor came out and said he would take it and give it to her when he saw her. we did that because it is our policy that if we have to make 2 delivery trips it would cost you another delivery charge. So that in turn saved you $10. Also when you called we told you that we would be more than willing to take out another arrangement free of charge.

    Living out of state, I didn't know what florist to choose. Wow, did I find the best!! Milford Florist took special care of my sister at a difficult time. The fruit basket had everything in it: apples, oranges, pears, mangoes, grapes, bananas, etc. It was heavy and the delivery person even safely helped her with it. She said it was the biggest fruit basket she has ever seen and so beautifully designed. Thank you, Milford Florist for going above and beyond!

    Milford florist delivered with no issues in fact when we arrived at our vacation rental the flowers were already on the kitchen table which was wonderful to walk in and see the flowers.     When looking for a local florist to send flower to a relative in the hospital, I was hoping for service you don’t get from the on-line FTD type. Milford did not disappoint! The flowers were beautiful! When ordering on-line I called to be sure they had all the info correctly. They checked right away and all was good. They even called me shortly after, as one of the orange flowers shown in the bouquet was our of stock, and was it okay to replace with pink ones they had in stock. When does that ever happen?! They Care! Milford is the best!

    I ordered an open heart flower arrangement for the funeral of a dear friend. I wanted it to be extra special. When I arrived at the funeral home, I was amazed at how beautiful it looked (on a stand by the casket). The colors of the flowers were so vibrant and just what I asked for.The girl that I placed my order with was Ashley. I have to say that she was the nicest and sweetest person I have ever done business with. She was very patient and helped in my decision making.     We just arrived home from a few weeks in Florida, but just before we left Milford, DE I ordered a bouquet on line for a neighbor who's mother had passed. I didn't hear until today that the bouquet was the most beautiful they have ever received! And this couple is in their mid-70's. As far as the website, it was not easy finding an appropriate tribute for $50, which I thought was excessive. Knowing my friends were more than pleased (overwhelmed was the word), it was worth the cost.
