The arrangement received was not exactly the same colour combo I had ordered. I realize that due to availability, "exactness" can not always be achieved. Fortunately the colours that were substituted worked in her decor and the arrangement was lovely. So on the whole, I was pleased with the end results. My order was beautiful, but I will admit I felt there was a lack of flowers. I thought I had picked up the wrong ones at first because it didn’t look much like the photo online, and I will say I paid around 100 for it and I think the value of the flowers I got were only around 70 dollars. Most of it was greenery and leaves, and it looked a little empty. But nonetheless, it was a gift and they didn’t know what the original was supposed to look like so it turned out okay

I bought this arrangement for my Grandmother for Christmas. It is always tricky ordering on-line because you cannot be sure if the actual arrangement will be worth the price. The process for ordering was very smooth and pleasant. The arrangement was delivered on time and my Grandmother was thrilled. Hi Linda, I am glad your mom enjoyed the GRINCH tree. The delivery driver did take it to her house but when she was not home to receive it, it was given to a neighbor and a phone call was made to her to pick up the tree instead of it being taken back to the store where she would of had to pick it up, or resulting in another delivery charge. I'm sorry if this caused any inconvenience and u hope you had a wonderful Christmas:)
