    Flowers looked ok but we’re not as pictured on website where I placed order. I was very disappointed when the receiver of the arrangement sent me a photo. It was supposed to be in a ceramic happy face yellow container and was just in a box style cheaper vase. I will not order again . Very disceiving.

Just to let you know, the arrangement was arranged in the round ceramic smiley face container as pictured, but sent in a yellow tissue-wrapped box to protect it for delivery. You must have seen it still inside that wrapped box. Any time a delivery doesn't look how it should, please give us a call and we will be happy to figure out the problem.     We ordered the flowers online, very convenient. Then Pepper Creek called because the patient we were sending to couldn't have flowers in the room. They called to check for several days after but still no flowers. We had to cancel but will order from Pepper Creek again. Customer service was exceptional!!

    you need to leave more water additive for the flowers. We used the one pkg but the next day the large flower started to die. The arrangement was beautiful but it did not last.

    Pat, We're so sorry that the flower wilted. Anytime you have an issue with an arrangement right after receiving it, please give us a call and we can often address the issue easily. The flower food is already mixed in the water the arrangement came in, and the extra packet is for when you change the water after the water gets cloudy, typically 3-4 days after you receive the arrangement. It sounds like the hydrangea flower wilted, which it shouldn't normally do for 4-6 days.

    While the arrangement was great, delivery was not. The recipient had to pickup the flowers. Your website should state that delivery is only done until 3 pm. Very, very disappointed. It was a very stressful time for the recipient and she shouldn't have had to pick them up. I paid for delivery!

When no one is home, we leave a notice asking the recipient to call us so we can reschedule delivery when they will be home. When the recipient called, our driver had already gone home for the evening. We would have been happy to deliver it the next day, but they chose to pick it up instead. We'll be sure to say something to them about the recipients not hearing a door bell. We're so glad the dog was able to help out. The design you chose indicated it is a Pepper Creek design for local area delivery only. Still, we called it out to a florist in that town that usually does a very nice job for us, and asked them to make it as close as possible. Unfortunately, the flower shortage world-wide this last Mother's Day weekend meant that some flowers were hard to get with short notice, so they had to make some substitutions. Again, our apologies that they didn't deliver what you were expecting.

    I love Pepper Creek for all things floral! 10 days after delivery the flowers were still beautiful. I also get my spring garden flowers and vegetables plants from them, and the hanging baskets are amazing. Every Christmas they do a long and low centerpiece for me, and they last long after the season is over. Can't go wrong with Pepper Creek.

    We are sorry you were disappointed in your order. It looked different because we had to change the look a bit in order to use a plastic vase as requested in your order. We used the same flowers, but it was cut taller and in a taller vase, as we did not have any similar short vases in plastic.
