    I was shopping around online for a floral arrangement for my Great-uncle's funeral. Ordering online was easy and when I arrived at the funeral home - I was blown away but the amazing colors, size and quality of flowers that Debra had used. My Great-Aunt was so pleased with the arrangements. We also ordered a smaller one on behalf of our German relatives and Debra used matching colors for it. I sent photos to my relatives and they were thrilled with the bouquet that Debra put together.     Being out of province I was very impressed with how easy ordering was. I also found the customer service very impressive. We placed an order around 6:30pm for the next day (grandparents day) and that evening someone emailed me from the company saying they didn't have the bouquet I requested but they would match the colour of colours as closely as possible and substitute where they had to, but would do it at no extra cost (if I was ok with that sub). I was very impressed with how quickly the contact was mad. The recipient also commented how wonderful the deliver was.

    Joanie doesn’t have an email address so I used mine. I am glad I did. She was very happy with her flowers. I could hear it in her voice. One thing I am hoping is, the instructions for watering and changing water, do they come with the delivery? That, to me, would be beneficial. $75.00 is a lot of money to spend on something that is going to die, but in this case, I’m glad I did it. Thank-you very much for making someone I love happy!

    I received a Christmas arrangement that is soooo beautiful! The reds and greens in the arrangement just brought Christmas to life! The arrangement is over a week old and it still looks so vibrant... and the roses still look perky!!!! How do you do it Edelweiss????

    Everything that I've ordered, the person has loved. Unfortunately the one time I had ordered at Christmas you were out of her gerbera daisies which is my friend's favorite.
