    I called to have a arrangement done for a funeral because I had them do my son's arrangement for his funeral. They did a awesome job on both arrangements. They were very nice both times. Even gave me some helpful hints on how to care for a plant that I had gotten from my son's funeral. They are very nice and very helpful. I will use them when I need flowers there in Ft Walton.     Sorry your were disappointed but flowers have gone up about 25-30% especially the week these were delivered because Valentine's prices were up until the 20th of February.     Delivery was on timea nd fast. Website made it super easy. The picture was quite different than what was delivered. She loved it but was hoping for more purples and dark basket.

    Alyce's Floral Design provided excellent service. Shop and their wholesalers didn't have the plant that I ordered and had to make a substitution. They called me to verify the substitution was acceptable, which it was. Delivered plant was excellent quality and a good value. Delivery was made on time even though they had difficulty making contact with me (contact made near end of work day) and inclement weather on the day of delivery.

    Every year I send flowers to my mom for Mother's Day. Her florist was excellent so when she moved and I had to try a new florist (Alyces) I was worried. Well, Alyces exceeded my expectations. I ordered online and the next day received a call that they had to do a substitution. The flowers came to my mom and were even more beautiful than the original arrangement I picked! It was like they knew exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

    These flowers arrived very late in the day (my mother said 4 pm). I regularly order flowers for her - she is 89 - and best procedure is to call before coming out and see if she picks up, then tell her you are on your way.

    Marty, We took the order to Mrs. Mary and knocked on the door then called and left her a message, as soon as she returned our call we delivered. The reason I didn't deliver as I am the one who always delivers is because my father passed away and he wanted to go back home for burial and myself and April were both out of the shop. I am very sorry but they didn't know to call before delivery and I ALWAYS call to let her know. Some delivery drivers think they might be ruining a surprise. Again, I am very sorry but I wasn't here for a week to oversee the orders and deliveries.

    Hi Elaine & Ritzke - my mother LOVED her arrangement, which I specifically chose because it is round and low and she could put it on her breakfast table (as opposed to the counter or mantel) where she enjoys flowers the most. My only concern when ordering was that all the flowers were white - but when they were delivered, there were yellow tulips and some sort of purple flower, making the whole arrangement much prettier. I wish there was a way to have my online purchases recorded on your "buy 9 and get the 10th bouquet free" program - I have the card because I must have stopped in the shop once (I live in Miami) but most of my purchases are online. Can you track them? Please advise.

    I ordered flowers from Alyce's Floral Design through Flower Shop Network and about four days after I ordered the flowers I received a very nice personal note from the owner of the shop with her thanking me for my recent order. I really appreciated that she took the time to send me a note and that she appreciated my business. Also, my sister said the flowers were beautiful and lasted longer than any fresh flowers she has received.

    Called at the last minute today for flowers for my girlfriend, Alyce's Floral has never failed my even though I have a tendency to call at the last minute. I got a picture from my girlfriend and the flowers were exactly what I had ordered, it was like they read my mind.
