    I enjoy finding original cemetary decorations for our family members. My Mom's 10th anniversary and her 100th birthday were within 2 days. I wasn't interested in going to the major craft stores. I decided to stop by Twigs and Vines Floral; see if they had any silk flowers and some display pieces. They offer a nice selection, some very creative displays and wonderful staff! Welcoming, listened to my bouquet ideas...and offered some valuable suggestions ! We were in their store after closing...I completely missed their closing time...but they assured me all was good.     The flowers were gorgeous and my MIL loved them, but what I wasn't a big fan of was the delivery process. I had to put a phone # down for the recipient, which I understand, but she had just gotten out of surgery and got a random text which made her confused and then they asked her if she was home - which she wasn't because she was staying with her friend whose address was listed as the delivery address so she was very confused. Then she got a call about the delivery which she wasn't really in the mood for. Seems like a nice surprise turned into a hassle for her. Maybe delivery gets revamped?

    Hi Jill, You are correct, our delivery fee for Menasha does go from $9.95 to $10.95 for Sunday Mother's Day delivery. The website service we use does charge a $4.99 convince fee year round.     I was very impressed with Twigs & Vines Floral. I placed my order via internet; my decision on what to purchase was based on the floral arrangement displayed. Twigs & Vines contacted me within an hour of my order placement to let me know that one of the flowers displayed on the website was not available, however they assured me they could substitute with flowers that were equal to or superior in looks. They were true to their word. My friend and his family derived a great deal of pleasure from the arrangement; albeit a time of grief. They not only took photographs of the arrangement, they brought it home to enjoy after the funeral.
