    Kathleen did a wonderful job at customizing a bouquet for my niece. We went back and forth a couple times and she made it look perfect, even ordering calla lillies for the bouquet since my niece loves them. I was very impressed with her willingness to work with me on this. I would highly recommend this shop for your floral needs!

    I came into the shop to order the Love in Paradise bouquet for my Mother’s memorial service that week. The shopkeeper was so helpful and friendly. The flowers were delivered exactly on time and were so beautiful; much prettier than the photo. It has been almost 2 weeks and the flowers are still beautiful and the last bud is about to open. I will definitely recommend Roses are Red Florist to anyone requiring a special arrangement. 5 STARS for sure!

    Normally do not leave a review, unless a company blows me away - This one did! Ordered flowers for a family going through a difficulty time with an elderly family member. A lady/florist from this company (did catch her name, unfortunately) called to suggest a different vase, more fitting for what she felt I was going for. The family loved the arrangement!     I truly apologize about the balloon, we should have caught that on the card it was birthday rather than Valentine's Day and pulled the correct balloon, I will go ahead and credit you for the balloon. As far as the delivery time we attempted delivery in the morning but no one was home so we brought it back to the store and left a messag as we don't leave arrangements at apartments in case someone walking by might take it. Since we didn't hear from her all day we waited till the last run of the day hoping that perhaps she would be home then which she was.

    We are happy that you liked the flowers. We try to accommodate timed requests, however your online order came in for the first day we were open after being closed 10 days for hurricane damage and we were unable to get our first shipment of fresh flowers in until the afternoon. Since it was a birthday arrangement and we were one of the very few florists who had been able to reopen in our area we chose to deliver them same day even if late in the day rather than reject the order. Next time a timed delivery should be an easy accommodation especially if you order a few days in advance.
