I can not say enough good things about Brentwood Flower Shop. I live in California and my Daughter lives in Brentwood TN. I wanted to send my Granddaughter a special Bouquet and the level of customer service I received was outstanding! Michael went above and beyond To make sure everything was perfect He personally FaceTimed me while picking out special add ons for the arrangement arrangement which turned out, absolutely stunning. he went out of his way to make my order extra special. This is the only flower shop I will use from now on. Seriously the most beautiful roses I’ve ever seen.

I called the shop before closing. I thought it was going to be to late for the standing spray I ordered. They let me know possibly they would not be able to get the flowers needed in time but they will do their best with the flowers they have in the shop if they could not get them and get it there on time.
