    I'm happy I talked directly with staff at Don's flowers and am grateful for her kind and efficient help. Earlier I had ordered through a company called Bloomex (their order info popped up while perusing Don's information;Bloomex assured me they worked with Don's Flowers) Later when my online receipt came thru, I noticed 2 mistakes so I called Bloomex. After a very frustrating hour on the phone I called Don's directly and was they do not work with Bloomex. I then cancelled my Bloomex order and ordered directly from Don's efficient customer service - I highly recommend this route!

    I ordered a special arrangement of living plants for an evening family visitation and the funeral. The plant was prominently displayed, pleasing in size and appearance. I am sure it was later adopted by one the grandchildren. In contrast, another family member ordered from a different florist on the same day, paid considerably more, but did not see it at visitation or funeral. Leaving the service itself, she saw it had just been set inside the doors of the building, never even making it into the chapel! If I need flowers in the future, I will not forget Don's Custom Floral.

    Ordered "Peaceful Comfort" flowers based on the picture and faith on the overall review of Don's. Never saw the flowers but was told by the receiving family that they were gorgeous.     Your flowers were beautiful!!! My Mom lives in Hutch as she was in the hospital for 2 weeks. For the most part a few dead roses had be pulled out but the arrangement lasted the full time. Many of the nurses and PT techs asked where did those flowers come from? I did tell them Dons. I wish you were in the north part of Colorado!!! Well worth the cost. Thank you so much!!!

Consequently, this resulted in Don's floral calling my mom and asking if she was home. My mom said no, but Don's offered to remake the flowers and deliver them again (without charge!) to my mom, 2 weeks later (once she was back from her trip).     Over and beyond my expectations. Long story short hospital staff moved my grandmothers flowers before she even had a chance to see them. After staff looking they called the flower shop the gentleman whom had delivered them came back to the hospital said he had put them in her room.. We later found out the hospital staff had moved them into another room, the water had been spilled and the flowers were starting to wither. Don's replaced my grandmothers flowers and redelivered them to her home. Thank you!!!! You are the best.
