    I’ve ordered from Lily Pad a couple of times and have always been so happy with the quality of their product, but more importantly their customer service is making sure the item I ordered was delivered safely and in a timely fashion for the recipient!     Did not the plant as advertised. Delivery was over an hour late for the event. Very disappointed.

    Mr. Gruber, I am sorry that you were very dissappointed. I would like you to know that the order came in Friday evening after close of business, I called and spoke with a Mary to let her know that I would not be able to gett a rubber plant until Tuesday. Mary told me to use an Arbicola for a substitution. Also there was not a time specified for delivery, nor did Mary inform me that the plant needed to arrive by 11:00 am. I do have a rubber plant that I ordered specifficall for your receipient. Please call me at 715-335-4262 so that I can attempt to make this right with you. Sincerely, Stacy
