    I didn't see the floral arrangement sent to a Jacksonville funeral home nor have I heard any feedback from those who attended the service. I can only assume the arrangement was as advertised. It did, apparently, arrive on time. I give 5 stars because I have no information that anything was amiss.

    I was referred to Gina by the Kroger in Jacksonville, AR when they advised me they did not accept payments over the phone or could deliver a gift basket for me. I contacted Gina at her Jacksonville Florist business and explained what I wanted. She was very pleasant and professional to talk to. She listened to me and captured all of my specific details. To my pleasant surprise she delivered the gift fruit basket a day early, and I received a text message with a photo from the recipients.     Ordered flowers for our anniversary and wow did Jacksonville Florist & Gifts deliver. The vase was packed full of fresh flowers and arranged beautifully. I ordered online and as soon as I walked inside I was greeted and had the flowers in hand immediately. My wife is no big on flowers but she cannot stop talking about how gorgeous the flowers are.     HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Nervous sending out of town flowers to my adult daughter living in a group home for Special Needs Adults in Jacksonville, AR. I called the day before at 4:55 pm (they close at 5:00) Spoke to Gina Crow who was so kind and helpful. On the day of delivery, Gina went to the address and no one was there. She texted me and I was able to tell her that my daughter was close by at eating lunch. Gina so kindly tracked her down and delivered her beautiful arrangement!     Beautiful arrangement for my daughter on Valentine’s Day. These ladies went above and beyond my expectations! They first called to ask permission to deliver the arrangement a day early due to inclement weather (snow), so I told them absolutely. Then they called to let me know the base was closed due to the weather and they couldn’t deliver, but would try later in the day. I got a surprise call from my daughter that she had gotten the surprise arrangement! There was ice on the ground and o didn’t want the ladies driving in that, but am so glad they were able to make the delivery.

    I would recommend this florist to anyone who asks (and maybe to a few who don’t ). The arrangement I ordered for my niece was beautiful, looked fresh and met the expectation of making her birthday special. I am always very nervous about placing floral orders online.     We used Jacksonville Florist for my Step Dads funeral and the funeral spray was absolutely gorgeous, just what my mom wanted. I also used them for a corsage for my son's prom and it came out gorgeous. Thank you Gina. I will definitely use Jacksonville Florist again. They are very helpful and even were willing to give their cell number so I could send a picture of the dress and they custom made the corsage to match the dress. Awesome!!
