I do not usually order flowers or arrangements because in the past, I ordered from other companies and did not feel the value or quality was worth the price.     My friend sent me a picture of what she received. It was pretty and she liked it, however, I expected a square vase like the picture.. maybe there is a disclaimer I missed that you don't get what you see in the picture. The arrangement was less dense as well.

Between taxes and the $22. delivery charge it eats up the flowers part pretty fast.     I don’t live in town and ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my mom for Mother’s Day. What was delivered was pretty, but looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand a lot of times some flowers aren’t available, but I’m pretty disappointed because I picked a “celebrate mom arrangement” which had a combo of red, pink, and purple flowers.     It was first-class costumer service! Unfortunately, that type of service is hard to find nowadays. You stopped what you were doing and came from the back to help me out. You called the distributor to see if they had any in stock. Then you gave me 5-10 minutes of your time instead of rushing to the back after you set me up. You then offer a discounted price for the singing balloon and ending up giving it to us for free. Please know that as I pulled away, i was very impressed with the costumer service provided and will continue to promote you as a business. It was great!!!
