    The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Easy to order. There was a mistake with the balloon being a Happy birthday balloon instead of Get Well. I called to let them know since it was an online order and said it didn't need to be fixed but they insisted and were so nice about it. Mistakes happen, they owned it and fixed it. I appreciate that.

    The flowers are fresh and beautifully arranged. I'd like to cut the stems in a day or so and refresh the water. It would have been a good idea to receive a packet of floral preservative with the bouquet to help it last longer. Otherwise, it is just fabulous.
