    My wife was visiting in Bentonville and I wanted to send her some "miss you" flowers. I didn't have a clue what florist to use and I don't like using the online florists. It's always a gamble when living out of state, but I chose Matkins because I liked their webpage. I am so glad I did! Awesome & friendly service... had flowers to their destination exactly when they said they would... and the flowers were spectacular and still looked freshly cut a week later.     We used Matkins for my daughter’s wedding bouquet, boutonnières, and wrist corsages. All of the flowers were beautiful. My daughter’s bouquet was perfect, just as she envisioned.     I am longgg overdue for sharing an AMAZING review! I got married this summer and used Matkins flowers for the bridal party bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Needless to say, I was blown away!! Trying to plan a wedding mid-COVID brought multiple changes, and Meredith and Karen met with me several times to review changes. They were flexible and incredibly helpful. They are very relational, and far exceeded my expectations!!! If you are considering them for an event, I recommend 11/10 Matkins flowers. They will not let you down!

When this was brought to Matkins' attention, they made it right by delivering a second arrangement (at no charge) after our mom got home from the hospital. Both arrangements were beautiful.     I had ordered the berries n cream bouquet specifically for the calla lilies since those are my moms favorite flowers. They were deliver today but did not have calla lilies or look much like the picture at all. The ones we received are beautiful, just not what I was expecting.

We did not have any calla lilies on hand and could not locate any, but we do always strive for the same look and feel of the arrangement.     was not as nice of an arrangement than past experience..also not at all happy with the 6 almost 7 dollar extra charge for billing through another means..

The extra charge is the new handling fee that was set up based on the third party website. Unfortunately we did not have control with this particular fee.
