    I called the shop mortified that flowers were delivered to a neighbour. My concerns were dismissed. I was chastized that I did not know did not know it was "standard" practice.I mentioned this information was not found on the website; I would have picked up. The situation was delicate and a good business would consider such things. The problem being that these sympathy flowers were left with a neighbour who had a spouse pass away very recently from similar causes. The tact of the owner/employee was deplorable. No effort to make this right if that is even possible now.

    Online order wasn't processed at all the day it was ordered. So I called directly the next morning. When it was processed, it was sent to the wrong address. When it did arrive, it wasn't what was ordered. Only about half the expected florals in a completely different (much less impactful/interesting vase than shown on the order page.If I wanted a plain vase, I'd have order and spent significantly less money. I will admit they were polite on the phone and offered to add a box of chocolates, unfortunately it didn't make up for the wrong vase and lesser arrangement Not worth it :(

    While I have always been happy in the past and understand arrangements will not always look like they do in the pictures, I was a bit disappointed this time. Someone ordered the same arrangement from another flower shop and it looked just like the picture whereas the one I ordered did not. The arrangement was very traditional instead of looking sculptural. Everyone commented on the other one and this one not at all. It was still pretty, just not what I expected.

    Nothing what I expected. Very disappointed in the customer service. Flowers were not even close to picture, nor was it arranged anything like it. Sent suppose birthday flowers to a family member, they didn't even send the correct balloon.     We ordered flowers for my Mom’s Celebration of Life. It was during that cold spell of -35 weather. We ordered Hot and Spicy colours because they were warm and comforting. We chose 3 if the bowl arrangement and one larger arrangement. They were all very lovely! Delivery was on time and the flowered were wrapped well for the weather. The flowers lasted well into the second week. Service was excellent!

    Super happy with how the bouquet turned out, purchased some flowers for a pick me up for my grandmother. The flowers were good quality and the most affordable that found during my search. Happy to support a little local shop that provides quality items.

    Beautiful arrangements, and I wanted to love this florist. Unfortunately they do need to make sure that they take note of the requested delivery date and not just send them the day they are ordered. Have had a date mixup twice now which is disappointing.

    The arrangement meant was lovely, but once I moved the flowers to refresh the water realized the vase was chipped in 2 spots around the rim.
