    I have been ordering for years now. The flowers are always great and the service is amazing. I live in Toronto and wanted to support a local, to my mom, florist so found this one online. From my first phone call years ago, to now, the service always feels personable. Once I forgot to put a greeting on the card, and they called me minutes after I placed my online order to ask what I wanted to write. My mom, always sends a photo of the flowers and she has been very happy with how they look and how long they last.

    Overall I was very pleased with the order process, there was some concern with delivery for the person receiving was not answering the phone. And once delivery was made, the person who received the bouquet was very happy and said it was beautiful. I wish hanging baskets were an option to send for Mother’s Day. But understand because of covid. Thank you for opening up for Mother’s Day deliveries! Stay safe!

    The customer service is great. I live in NS and wanted to send flowers to my friend in Apple Hill. I was at work all day but was receiving email msgs. from Kim, telling me first that she hadn't heard back from my friend at first and then that the flowers were on there way as my friend had returned their call. Also the flowers were beautiful and fresh. I will definitely use Kim's service again.

    Ordering was easy. A family member attending funeral recognized them from my order picture. Improving satisfaction for distant purchasers would be a picture taken and sent of actual arrangement upon completion. Done by other florists used. Very assuring!

    Flowers were beautiful. One suggestion: for sympathy orders it would be less of a shock if your form referred to the recipient as 'the deceased' rather than the person who will be receiving the flowers. That part of your form could better acknowledge the fact that the flowers are going to a wake or funeral rather than to a living person with an address & phone number.

    What a beautiful arrangement! My flowers were vibrant and arranged beautify. The arrangement included fringed tulips which I had never seen before and absolutely loved. The tulips have grown almost 2 inches in the 5 days I’ve owned this arrangement and it’s so fun to see the arrangement change daily as they move the other flowers around. I am very happy with his arrangement and I highly recommend Town and Country. <3
