    The rosé arrangement was beautiful! I love how the stems were wrapped to prevent the rose from drooping after a few days. Everything was perfect except the fragrance was so mild. I even asked others to make sure it wasn’t just me. However, that’s just minor. I would absolutely recommend The Flower Shop to others.

    Many thanks for assuring me that the roses for my cousin’s viewing were delivered to the correct address. We were concerned that the address of the funeral home was different from the other location where the viewing was held. I called with concern and got a message saying the shop was closed until the next day, and while leaving my urgent message, someone (manager?) interrupted to assure me they were there and had the correct address, no worries. I was so relieved. Thank you! That’s customer service that teaches the level of customer care.
