    Yet again I’m amazed by how gorgeous these flowers are. My wife is always so pleased with the bouquet they make.     Everything was beautiful only draw back was the flowers lasted 1 day and started to die. The white roses changed to brown after one day

    Beautiful arrangement. Water was stinky green and cloudy about 2 days after receiving.Including a n extra powder pack to mix in water keeping flowers fresh linger would be a nice touch.

    Thank you for your nice review. You have to change the water out every day & snip the ends of the flowers to get the longest life from your arrangement. We do send out flower packets with our bouquets, yours may have fallen off when the driver was delivering. It was our pleasure to serve you.

I had to order in stargazers because I did not have any in stock.They got here at 1:30 on Friday & the driver took it on our 2:00 PM delivery. He said no one was home. He sat it on the porch, per your special instructions on the order. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We did everything you asked on the order.     I have left you two messages & you have not called me back. Your arrangement was delivered, on 8-3-21 to the recepient. The drivers record shows that a woman, at the address you provided, accepted the arrangement. We would never not deliver an arrangement. I told you when you called 8-23-21 I would get his delivery sheet & I returned your call, I got your voicemail. You also have to understand that your arrangment was delivered 20 days ago, so we had to go back 3 weeks to get his record. I will be happy to call the recipient & verify she received it.

    I just spoke to Sefany, the recepient & she was VERY confused. She wanted to know what color the flowers were because she couldn't remember if she got them. I made the arrangement, I am the owner, I described it to her. That was puzzling as to why the color of the arrangmenet would matter if she DID NOT get the arrangment. She said she did get a pink & purple arrangment & a white arrangment that day. I do not know where the confusion is, as we delivered it to the address you provided. She did get flowers but can't remember?

    I was so impressed by the quality of the flower arrangement delivered to a friend, and they were able to do it within a couple of hours for me! So often, I am disappointed to see a photo of flowers a friend receives from me looking nothing like what was pictured online. My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement I sent her, and it was stunning! It was just exactly as pictured online. The flowers appeared to be in perfect condition!

    I used this florist because I have seen their work. I was hoping for a more creative, less traditional arrangement. I asked for the hydrangea and daisies to be added to help that, but they seemed to be just "stuck" in front of a traditional arrangement and the daisies were actually mums. Still though a very pretty bouquet, and still looks very fresh 4 days later.

    I sincerely apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with your bouquet. We do not use old flowers, ever. We get fresh shipments in daily. On rare occasion we have flowers come from growers that have not been properly hydrated. When we send them out we make sure they look good. When they are in heated homes, elements they may wilt sooner than normal. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every order.     I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied. We receive Daily deliveries of fresh flowers & do not send out old flowers. On rare occasion some stems may have disease from the growers that we are not aware of. We always want to give excellent customer service. If we are informed we make it right. Fresh flowers are a parishabke item like food. Once out of refrigeration they must be cut daily with the water changed to ensure you get the longest life from them. It’s impossoble for an actual florist to Compete because they do not purchase any products. They just keep the money from the customer and send whatever they want to a florist.     As I live out of state, I wasn't quite sure which florist to use in the area. After quick research, I thought the website was most user friendly & offered a larger variety of affordable, beautiful arrangements. I completed my order online quite easily. I received a call from Kim because she wanted to ensure I received my money's worth as well as went above & beyond w/her delivery after hours to accommodate the recipient! I only wish she lived in FL because I'd definitely use her for ALL my floral needs!

    My husband ordered me some flowers for Valentines Day (2/13) to be at my work by 11am. They didn't arrive until after 5pm at my house. The arrangement was nice but it wasn't what my husband ordered for me. I have ordered here before for a funeral and it was on time but didn't know what it looked like. I like this place because it's local but want to get what was ordered for Valentine's Day.

We do our best to get it to you as requested but post a disclaimer for such incidents as this one. As soon as this issue was brought to my attention I contacted both you & your husband to apologize.
