We love to hear how long lasting our flowers perform. Different blossoms each have different life cycles. It sounds like you remembered to change the water as needed. We recommend keeping them away from heat, drafts and direct sunlight and changing the water every two to three days.

I love flowers! And this was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever gotten. The variety of flowers was stunning, the color choice was something I could never put together myself, and brilliant. And the whole arrangement is still a master piece days later in my dinning room. The roses were already wide open when they arrived a day ago, nicely aranged in water. They are already starting to fray and look like they are a week old.

Hi Maura, Our premium Ecuadorian red roses have a very high petal count and are harvested at an "open" stage, meaning they do not start as tight bullets. Feedback from others often tell us they are very long lasting! Your delivery was on 2/10. Tho you posted 2/13, we didn't have a quiet opportunity to notice reviews until after the extremely busy Valentines week. Calling the shop directly (within 48 hrs) gives us ability to discuss concerns and if necessary, replace. I tried calling your husband today (n/a) since he was the sender. Please have him reach out 978-256-2444.

I stopped by the shop to see if they could put together 8 single roses for a sports senior night that night. The woman immediately stepped away from a project and put them together for me on the spot. They were beautiful and perfect for the occasion. Online service east to use.Not happy that you sent a wilted plant and my family had to ask for it to be swapped out for cut flowers. Why would store even send out a plant like that?

We immediately offered a fresh plant following business day or a cut flower arrangement to be brought out that same day. She opted for the arrangement. I assure you it did not go out like that. We later realized it was damaged in our delivery vehicle because it was directly under the heat. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and hope they enjoyed the arrangement.

Yesterday morning I woke in a panic. I had forgotten to order flowers for a wake that was happening that day. I went online and found I could still order flowers for that day's delivery. Three hours later I received a message that they had been delivered to the funeral home. What a relief. I wasn't able to consult about the colors but the quality of the flowers was excellent. I am a little confused about this review. Your order was a pick up in shop on Saturday. If you were unhappy about colors or variety, why not mention it then so we could have gladly changed it before you took it? Color preference is subjective. Also, why wait three days to post a review rather than call and allow us to address your concerns? I am happy to hear that you do appreciate our "normal" standards. Please understand that the flower industry has changed (just like everything else in our world) and costs have increased.

Occasionally, as this is a perishable item, some flowers don't preform perfectly. Hydrangea is one that is sensitive to temperature and hydration fluxions. As this was delivered last Wednesday, I wish you had called me that day or in the two additional days after your delivery so that we could have had the opportunity to replace the wilted flowers for you to have & enjoy before the Christmas Holiday. Please understand the pandemic has created many challenges. Growers did not plant last year, thus a flower shortage & increased prices. Thank you for your review and we are glad to hear your found the arrangement pretty. As for substitutions, this Mother's Day holiday was the most challenging for inventory control. Corona caused many farms to scale back, lay off and simply not plant last summer, leaving us with a massive flower and labor shortage as well as a significant increase in price. Our website and facebook page encouraged "designers choice" and stated our need for possible substitutions. We hope to have an opportunity to design for you in the future and give you the satisfaction our customers are accustomed to.

Terrible. Ordered flowers for a funeral. They charged me and everything. I show up to the funeral with NO flowers there. We tried calling them several times and they didn’t answer. They finally call me back several hours later and were incredibly rude, I had to ASK for my money back, and they said they couldn’t even send me flowers to my house to make up for it because I “live too far away”. There were no flowers at the funeral because of them. This place is horrible and the workers are total pieces of shit. Do not go here.

Thank you for your feedback and the positive comment about our service. Flowers do vary greatly stem to stem and the end result will never be an exact replica of an image, but it should not have been "nothing like the photo". It would have been most helpful had you contacted me directly, at the time, and possibly provided a photo so I could see what was wrong and correct it right away. Had the designer not followed the design properly, or did they just look up the wrong item altogether? I value the opportunity to improve and will address this with my staff.

However, I wish you had reached out us directly right away so that I could have identified the shipment and informed my supplier and would have been happy to swap them out for a fresh arrangement for you. We try very hard to use only the freshest flowers and proper techniques to ensure long lasting flowers and are so sorry that you experienced a bad batch.
