    The flower arrangement was beautiful and looked as good or better than advertised. I was a little disappointed in the vase. I was expecting a heavy square vase , but received a round vase with thin glass.

    Richard, we are happy that you were pleased with your arrangement and sorry that you were disappointed with the vase. When upgrading an arrangement the designer has to make a choice if the vase will hold additional flowers or if it need to be upgraded as well. We should have asked you and I apologize that we didn't.     Absolutely IMPRESSED!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandmother as I am out of state and they called me the day ahead of time to ask if it was okay to sub a color of flower as it wouldn't be as pictured on their website. I have never had this happen before. Usually they make a substitution without notifying and/or change the arrangement all together. I am very impressed with the customer service and the delivery all around and my grandma loved them. A++++ wouldn't go anywhere else.

    I have been buying from House of Flowers once I was old enough to buy flowers because my parents bought from them too. I would say 30+ years. So do I recommend them? Of course.
