    Arrived on time. Very pretty. A couple of flowers weren't ones that I would have chosen, but they worked with the arrangement (they stayed green - there is a debate in the house if that was right or if they just didn't bloom). The vase is very attractive. My daughter sent these and has the same vase and uses it all the time, so she picked it on purpose for me to enjoy after the flowers are gone. I admit I kind of neglected the flowers beyond watering them. The arrangement looks like a potted plant and I forgot I'd need to pull the stems and trim periodically. Still good a week later. :)

    Yes I reviewed the order placed and delivered over a month ago, why not call or notify us of this issue over a month ago. I created and designed it myself and do have a photo as we do of every arrangement that leaves our store. I agree it didn't look exactly as the website photo but much much better and more plants added as always. Maybe you should read the 100's of 5 star reviews and see for yourself we do our best for every customer, and if there is any dissatisfaction we resolve it immediately, why would you wait over a month to contact us with a 1 star review and not a phone call or email?
