    I've never had the best of luck ordering flowers online online but this order was unbelievable! The arrangement looked beautiful on the website and I took the chance. OH MY GOSH!!!!!! I had it delivered to my daughter in Nampa and within minutes of being notified of the delivery, I had a phone call from daughter absolutely beyond being overjoyed. I lost count of how many times during the call she said "It's just gorgeous!!" And the tone of her voice confirmed it. I couldn't be more pleased with Michelle's going above and beyond so I could show my daughter how much I love her with flowers.

I told her I would pick them up because of my mistake but she went above and beyond and delivered them to the funeral home early for us.     Hands down flowers by my Myshelle are absolutely beautiful and custom designed! I recently witnessed an order by phone for a brothers funeral by sisters who could not afford all the pieces that they wanted so after talking through it they decided for a casket piece and a vase piece which turned out absolutely beautiful! Shame on these sisters - not only did they scam Michele out of hours & expense to purchase the flowers but also did not have beautiful flowers at their brothers funeral What a shame!     I am sorry you feel the arrangement was not as expected. I always add more than what the recipe calls for, The arrangement was an oasis that cut flowers are stuck into, Thus needs watered at least daily at the very least, You had me leave outside at the end of November, over a Month ago. If there was a problem I wished you would have called, I always guarantee my work, after this long I am not sure what you want me to do. Please contact me at 208 870 5514.     Michelle, yes, you will be on first name basis with her, made sure to make a flower arrangement that was above and beyond for the price. She has a business that she keeps small and personal so that you will receive a thoughtful and carefully planned bouquet. I called from out of state for a local event in Nampa and she made sure they were perfect and delivered on time. There is no middle man fee with online service florists, she arranged completely entire service so the money you spend on the arrangement goes completely to the expense of flowers, I loved it.

    I am so sorry that you are not happy with your arrangement. The flowers your referring to not opening are snapdragons and as in the picture you ordered from actually show that they only open so much. When in a basket and not watered daily none of the flowers will last over a few days. I do wish you would have called me as soon as you felt this way instead of waiting 2 weeks to do so.     Called and left message with Shane that we would refund exchange the basket with a smaller basket with the cheaper items pictured. Shane did not return calls. Note* the lady accepting basket was thrilled and said "I will take that!". As with any arrangement items that were shown is an example not actual available items. I always guarantee 100% satisfaction but can not correct an order when no communication.

    Flowers by My Michelle made the floral arrangements for our mother's funeral service. The spray, wreath and vased bouquets were all magnificent. Mom liked pastel blues, which are hard to find in nature, so Michelle painted white carnations and chrysanthemums and mixed those with white roses, lilys, and cobalt blue delphiniums.     Bouquet was delivered on time and with the correct balloon, however the flower arrangement itself looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. None of the same flowers from the website. And I especially ordered something without lilies, but there were lillies in it anyway. While I understand substitutions sometimes have to be made, I wish I would have been contacted and told that what I picked could not be made AT ALL.

    I am so sorry you are not pleased with the arrangement. I put all the flowers it called for in the FSN recipe, plus extra greens and Alstroemeria to make it fuller until the tulips opened up as they were fresh cut and had not opened up yet. The picture is an FSN (our host site) and is a photoshopped, silk flower arrangement, as all the website pictures usually are. Again, there were no substitutions, just added product.

    I just wanted to add that my Husband spent over an hour looking for the special request Balloon and a place to fill it up with helium as There is a national helium shortage going on and it is very difficult to find a place that has helium. We attempted delivery to you 3 times, and still no one answered the door, so I left the flowers on your doorstep and called your phone number given to us by the sender. You did not answer the phone and we could not leave a message because your voicemail was full. We could not deliver the flowers at a later time as we had over 100 orders to get delivered on the 14th.
