I chose the luxury one and paid almost 300$ and the end result was very ugly arrangement! It looked like the leftovers of every flower kind you had clustered into a vase! The colors didn’t even go together and I expected something at least similar to the pictures with the rocks in the bottom but it really looked like I got a punch of random flowers myself and stuck them in a vase! I was very embarrassed when I saw the picture! Definitely not worth the money and definitely a very bad experience! Won’t be buying flowers from you again.

I “think” everything was ok? I called after placing my order online to ask if they could maybe text me a picture before delivering since I’m in another state. These were for the loss of a dear family member. The lady on the phone was very flat w me and said they’d only text a pic for a fee? The arrangement that I sent to a new mother in honor of her sons birth was breathtaking. They were much, much more then I expected. It was my first order with this florist. I order 30 bouquet a year for family and friends and they are kind enough to send photos of their deliveries. This arrangement was artistically designed with fresh and premium blooms. The only thing that make me sad.... I do not live closer to this florist so I could enjoy there creative designs. Thank you for knowing your craft and sharing it with the area!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and fruit basket for a friend whose mom passed away. We were going to pick up the flowers to hand deliver them to our friend. That day, there was an unexpected snowstorm. Geno called me to say he would deliver the flowers to the recipient for free, so that we wouldn’t have to drive in the snow. My friend loved the flowers and said they were her mom’s favorite, as were the crackers that came in the gift basket. Very pleased with the orders and impressed with the customer service. The arrangement that was sent looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The only thing I recognized about the arrangement were the yellow roses. There was a bunch of greenery in the arrangement, none of the pretty mums you show, and I couldn’t even see the vase. Pretty disappointed! When I order a bouquet the florist shows on their website, I expect it to look very close. That’s why I usually ask my recipient to send me a photo.

Genos did two arrangements for us during the Christmas holiday. One was a delivery ordered through Telefloral and the other I waited for them to create at the store. Both were wonderful. The Telefloral arrangement was the best one we have ever received through them. The flowers lasted a very long time especially the beautiful roses. The in-store purchase was also a great experience. The florist was very kind and professional and the flower arrangement was a great value. Those flowers also lasted a very long time. I would absolutely use them again!

Another stunning arrangement from Geno's! I am very choosy about fresh flowers and my husband only uses Geno's. For some reason the yellow spray roses died quickly, but the white roses and white hydrangeas are nothing short of spectacular! Every day the flowers open a little more and become even more gorgeous.
