She went above and beyond to not only make a very special and colorful spray of flowers that I thought I purchased for a funeral but also got them there for the viewing even though it was long after closing time.     Parma Flower Shop has again exceeded my expectations! Called mid afternoon with a request for that afternoon. I was able to pick up a gorgeous arrangement a few hours later. Flowers were fresh and lovely. The colors were spectacular. I left very happy. I was happy until I had a mishap in the car and smashed one side of the arrangement. I went back to the shop willing to pay extra for replacements - I was very surprised when the whole arrangement was fixed up and looked better than new and I was told ‘No Charge’. Such service & wonderful people. This is the ONLY florist for me!

    The driver was extremelyhelpful. He carried the vase to the porch and then called to tell me they were there. Then he decided the vase was too heavy so he came back to hand carry the bouquet.
