    I have ordered from Wild Poppy a handful of times and have always been extremely pleased. The quality of my last order was not what I expected, due to supply chain issues. When I shared this news, Charla was immediately responsive, apologizing and offering to refund or send a new bouquet. The new bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I am so appreciative to Charla and her team for the care they take of their customers. I am a big fan and will continue supporting Wild Poppy!!

    I received two arrangements on my birthday! Connie delivered them to my vacation home doorstep and was concerned I was not home (was out on a quick errand) and she went above and beyond to call and confirm I’d be home soon as she didn’t want to leave them in the cold weather for very long. She even did a follow up call about an hour after leaving them to be assured I had them. Customer service just isn’t this amazing anymore in today’s world. Thank you so much for caring so much!     Ordered a custom floral arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day and the arrangement was stunning! It arrived on the right day. The only problem was that the message I had submitted online for the card was not transcribed correctly - instead of "love, emily" it said "love, family". Other than that, wonderful experience! Would order again.

    I ordered some flowers for same-day delivery when Bend was in the middle of a snowstorm! Wild Poppy totally accommodated my order and even made sure that the delivery went out later in the day (despite the unknowns in the weather) as the recipient wasn't going to be home from the hospital till then.     I send flowers to mom on special holidays. Living so far from her it was hard to find a florist that actually did what the pictures showed. Wild Poppy Florist did that and more.     I received two different floral arrangements from Wild Poppy after a hospital stay. They were very different from each other. Both were unique, colorful and cheerful. Just what you want when you are stuck at home convalescing. I would not hesitate to order flowers from Wild Poppy. They do a stellar job.

    I live in Southern California. My granddaughter recently moved to LaPine and commenced a job nearby. I wanted to encourage her on her first day of work and decided to send her flowers. I had no idea who to call. Upon checking the Internet, I came across Wild Poppy. I was intrigued by the name and called. I received superb attention and advice. Wild Poppy went out of its way to make sure my granddaughter would love her flowers and that I would be a satisfied customer. Indeed she loved them and I am so pleased.     I originally left a 1-star review for Wild Poppy after a bouquet I ordered for my mother was very underwhelming in size. Within 10 minutes of posting my review, Wild Poppy called me to discuss why I was unhappy with my order. We discovered that the system had incorrectly submitted my order as a smaller version of the bouquet than what I ordered. They apologized profusely & delivered a stunning new bouquet to my mom the same day. I am so impressed with their customer service and willingness to quickly resolve my issue and deliver what I had originally ordered! The new bouquet was perfect!
