    BEST GIFT EVER. Thank you. What a difference it made. My uncle cried. He had a heart attack and had very few visitors due to other sickness in the family. He loved the bear and took it with him everywhere. Flowers were gorgeous and lasted just over a week. We live in Utah and couldn't be there in person.     There is a fee for everything it makes absolutely no sense. You pay less if you just walk in the store and pick something then with the convenience of online ordering. Once you pay for the flowers you then pay a service fee. This makes no sense, I’m buying the flowers then an addition charge for ordering online. This makes no sense. You own a flower shop not a jewelry store.

    I am so impressed by this florist. I live in TN and sent arrangements to family members who were in Burlington for a hospital visit. One family member received a beautiful floral arrangement at her hotel, while the other received a plant basket at the hospital. Both were delivered the same day I ordered them; in fact, the plants were delivered to the hospital within one hour of ordering! Such quick service, despite the fact that area weather was pretty nasty at the time! And hospital delivery was free. I received photos of both orders from my family, and they were perfect!

    Well being I wasn't there I can't say with certainty how they arrived. HOWEVER, what I can share with certainty :-) was the telephone chat on the other "end of the line" which was absolutely, happiness and excitement! My husband's mom shared the word gorgeous (not one of her normal words!) at least, 4 different times! So, to us that's testimony that y'all do "excellent work" and thank you for doing that too!     I live on the west coast and wanted to get flowers to a friend and her daughters spending time together in Vermont after the the loss of a sister and an aunt.     Ordering flowers from a far is such a risk. You never know what the arrangement will be when it's actually delivered but the flowers that were better then expected. The recipient was so happy with them and the photo i was sent I was very impressed. But i was more impressed when they called me to say they thought there was a mistake in my card message - and they were right! They saved me! That is going above and beyond!!!

I called after hours, spoke with the delivery driver and he went back to my grandmas that same day to make sure she got her birthday flowers.     Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with the understanding they would be a few days late. Got an email Thurs. saying they were delivered but mom did not receive them. Called and they immediately apologized, explained they had some technical difficulties (who isn't these days!) and would send them out today, as well as refund the delivery fee.
