This is Sue's son Brian - there was a kerfluffle of some sort with the flowers for Mom, but I called, spoke to Lisa, and she sorted it - Mom LOVED the replacement flowers, I'm eternally grateful for your outstanding customer service and cannot thank all of you enough!!!
